Not necessarily no, as long as we can gain access around the property. If we are also ‘clearing’ your gutters we will need access to an electrical socket for our gutter vacuum machine so we will organise this with you beforehand

If we come up against a particularly stained or dirty gutter or fascia we can use certain chemicals to budge the dirt however this is very rare that we need to do this.

We can clean up to 4 stories high with our high reach telescopic carbon fibre poles. This also means we can reach over conservatories and other obstructions

The vast majority of our work does not require ladders as we are equipped with extendable poles to clean guttering. We do however occasionally need to use a ladder if there is a particularly stubborn bit of dirt.

Our preferred method is a bank transfer (BACS). After we finish the job you will be sent an invoice via text message or email, this will include bank details. We also accept cash and cheque if easier for you.

Yes we all have public liability for all our various cleaning operations, if you would like proof of this please send me an email and I will happily provide this.
